With over five years of experience in the natural stone industry as a Project Manager, I have worked on high-end residential, hospitality and flagship projects worldwide.

I support stone companies in managing communication with clients (whether private clients, brands or architectural and design studios), as well as with contractors and all other professionals involved in the project. I facilitate clear and efficient coordination between all parties throughout every project phase.

My expertise includes the management and clarification of technical documentation between draftsmen and clients, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and smooth project development.

Among my responsibilities are project scheduling and the coordination of all stages of the process: from concept development and material selection to client approval of slabs and technical shop drawings, including photo nesting and digital dry lay presentations. I also supervise site measurements, production processes and installation phases.

In addition, I can manage worldwide logistics operations, including material collection, transportation planning, site delivery, unloading, and on-site handling coordination.

I maintain proactive, professional, and solution-oriented communication between all parties involved, contributing to the smooth execution and successful delivery of complex international projects.
